Excellent customer service! The location is pretty safe and is pretty close to downtown.

Pleasant stay, good value for the money.

This was a questionable location for an alright hotel. The room itself was fine, actually pretty nice. The goings on around the actual hotel were not ideal. The first night I pulled up to stay there were two cop cars there responding to what I can only guess was a domestic dispute. There we longer-term tenants there, probably paying to stay weeks at a time. They were loud, rude and of questionable character. I called this hotel again today with my concerns and they were very helpful and supportive of our situation. They were so much so that I feel bad about my review that I just submitted. Unfortunatley I was unable to get through to them when I initially wanted to handle the situation. I was told it is Best Western's policy to have a night call button during the night shift. We of course were checking out of the hotel before the day shift came on duty(at 545 am) which is part of the reason we could not find staff to handle our conserns. We had a pleasant stay here. Breakfast was provided and it was good.

Very old, family run. Check-in good, room was okay. Not worth the price. I would probably not stay there again. I would certainly not stay there with my wife. Suitable for construction workers working out of town. That's about it. ...read more

When I first contacted the hotel to upgrade to 2 queens from a king bed, I was told that they can't do that. I spent a long time on the phone trying to straighten it out. The night shift person did not know how to do that, but when I called the next day they were apologetic and made the change, although they charged for the upgrade unlike most hotels.
